Salary: £30,395 - £39,610 per annum

An exceptional professional is sought to fulfil a new role at Newcastle University Business School at an exciting time in its development. You will be an experienced recruiter, capable of developing and shaping the new role of Global Employer Engagement Manager and enhancing the portfolio of job opportunities for our global graduates.

 

You will be responsible for placing MBA and postgraduate taught students, as well as recent graduates, in global employment positions.

You will be responsible for raising the profile of Newcastle University Business School with employers on a regional, national and international level and for maximising post-graduation employment opportunities for our students and alumni.

 

You will be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and be confident in working with various stakeholders; including employers, alumni, recruitment agencies and professional association bodies nationally and internationally.

 

You must have a degree or equivalent, and have significant experience of commercial recruitment process as well as a strong understanding of the higher education landscape and its challenges.  The role will require regular travel nationally and internationally for periods of up to ten days.
