Salary: £42,036 - £48,676 per annum

Newcastle University is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Manager to make a key contribution to the GCRF Water Security and Sustainable Development Hub.

You will have an interest in sustainable development, and translating research into policy and practice. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of the Hub’s programme, with direct responsibility for a number of key areas including governance, deliverable monitoring, project reporting, project communications, due diligence, and quality assurance.

You will have proven project management ability and be able to demonstrate knowledge of managing complex multi-partner, multi-disciplinary, multi-country projects in a Higher Education research environment. Experience of motivating and inspiring others and the ability to develop effective collaborative working relationships with teams and colleagues across the university and in the wider project team globally will be required. 
 
This is a full time, fixed term post available until 31 March 2024.
